Research continues to prove what we see every day in our studioâstronger bodies create longer, healthier lives. Regular exercise doesn’t just build muscle; it maintains the balance that prevents falls, sharpens your mind, and protects your brain health as you age.
Studies show that physical activity reduces the risk of cognitive decline and dementia, improves memory and thinking skills, and even promotes the growth of new brain cells. From improved cardiovascular health to enhanced mental clarity, the benefits of consistent movement extend far beyond what you can see in the mirror.
Our wellness classes are taught by licensed Physical Therapists and certified instructors with decades of experience. This isn’t just fitnessâit’s movement science applied to your daily life.

Comfort is key! Wear anything you feel comfortable moving in. Think athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion – yoga pants, leggings, comfortable t-shirts, or tank tops work great. For footwear, most of our classes are done barefoot or in grip socks, but we’ll let you know the specific requirements when you sign up.
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and confident so you can focus on your workout and wellness goals..
Yes! For Pilates, we offer a three-pack trial to help you get started and see if our approach is right for you. For wellness classes, you can try a single class to see if it’s the right fit. We want you to feel confident in your choice, so we’re happy to discuss trial options and help you find the perfect entry point into our programs. Our goal is to set you up for long-term success in your health and wellness journey, not just sign you up for classes that might not be the right fitToggle Content
Absolutely! Our wellness classes provide a perfect opportunity for caregivers and their loved ones to work together on health and fitness goals. Having a trained professional with decades of experience guide both of you ensures safe, effective exercises that can be adapted to different ability levels.
Working out together can strengthen relationships while building physical strength, and our supportive group environment makes it an enjoyable shared experience. Many of our participants find that exercising with their caregiver or family member adds motivation and accountability to their wellness routine
We’re grounded in classical, authentic Pilates – the way Joseph Pilates originally intended it to be practiced. Our studio is built on the foundation of Pilates as a comprehensive system to improve your health, mind, and body, with highly trained instructors who have hundreds of hours of specialized training.
What sets us apart is our small class sizes, which ensure personalized attention, and our integration with physical therapy principles. We use authentic Gratz equipment and our instructors understand both fitness and rehabilitation, making our approach uniquely effective for long-term health and wellness.
We understand that everyone has different schedules! We offer private one-on-one Pilates lessons that can be scheduled at times that work for you. If you have a friend or two who are also interested, we can create private small group sessions (tower classes work well for 2-3 people).
The only requirement is committing to a minimum series of five classes, which helps ensure you get the full benefit of consistent Pilates practice. Private sessions allow for completely personalized instruction and flexible scheduling to fit your life.
We offer several different pricing packages to meet various needs and budgets, including single classes, 4-pack fundamentals, 5-packs, 10-packs, and 20-packs. You can find our current pricing on our website at mindbodypt.com/fees.
Think of it as an investment in your health – and we all know it’s much easier (and less expensive) to stay healthy than it is to recover from injury or illness! Our instructors will work with you to create a package that fits both your wellness goals and your budget.
No, our Pilates and wellness classes have different pricing structures. Pilates classes use specialized equipment and require extensive instructor training, which is reflected in the pricing. Wellness classes like ABC and MB Fit Box have their own pricing structure.
We believe in transparent pricing and will always discuss costs upfront so you can make the best choice for your budget and wellness goals. Contact us for specific pricing on the classes that interest you most.
