Pilates Can Help Manage Back Pain.

Back pain is one the leading aches and pains that impact daily lives. By improving and balancing muscle strength and flexibility,  Pilates can also help reduce strain on the back and prevent future injuries. We recommend an evaluation with a Physical Therapist. The cost of this depends on where you go. At MindBodyPT this fee is $125 for an initial evaluation.
